Their strategy was of purchasing an established town-house that is less than 15 years old, in Melbourne and up to $1.2m. This required them to sell one of their underperforming properties to reallocate capital to higher capital growth assets.
After engaging in our services in December 2016 we started working on their strategy and successfully implemented it by March 2017 when we found their next family home.
The property was purchased off market with a view to improve the value from day one by completing a full renovation.
