Elwood is popular beachside suburb around 8kms from the CBD. Over the last decade it has gentrified and now has a village atmosphere with lifestyle cafés and restaurants. It also contains a number of parks, shopping strips, well-regarded schools and transport options making it popular amongst owner-occupiers and it’s strong capital growth and rental demand make it popular amongst investors.

The main roads include Ormond Esplanade (Beach Rd), with access to the beach and a scenic drive to Melbourne’s CBD. The other main road is Brighton Rd (Nepean Hwy), which leads into St Kilda Rd and also gives access to Melbourne’s CBD.
